He has held executive roles at SAP, American Express, Fidelity Investments, US West, and Affinity Group.

As Practice Leader and executive at boutique consulting firms, Ken has led teams that developed analytic strategies for clients including Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Schwab, IBM, Capital Group, Campbell Soup, Verizon, and others.

Ken is also “Professor-in-Practice” at Babson College in Wellesley MA, where he lectures on a variety of Marketing and Analytics topics to executives and MBAs.
