Todd Gustafson applies advanced analytic approaches to address real-world business challenges in pricing, marketing, forecasting, and operations, principally for B2C clients.  He has been an early adopter and industry leader in designing and building automated modeling platforms, leveraging AI/ML methodologies.

Over the course of a 35-year career, Todd has consulted for firms in a wide range of industries in Asia, Europe, North and South America, working closely with C-suite executives to grow their brands while driving millions of dollars in additional profit.  He has also collaborated closely with COEs in Asia and Eastern Europe in delivering analytics and software, building deep rapport with teams across the globe to ensure high quality deliverables.

Prior to joining First Analytics, Todd served as Chief Analytics Officer at Ipsos MMA, a partner at Accenture, and in senior analytic consulting leadership roles at companies like ACNielsen, Henry Rak Consulting Partners (now part of McKinsey), Information Resources (now Circana), and Marketing Analytics.

Todd holds a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College (IL) and a Ph.D. in economics from Michigan State University with a concentration in econometrics and international development.  He has lectured or taught classes at Wheaton College, the University of Chicago, and the University of Minnesota Duluth.
