First Analytics to Present at the ASSP Safety Conference
First Analytics will be presenting a concurrent session at the upcoming American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Safety Conference in Orlando, Florida. The presentation, titled “How Generative AI Is Improving Workplace Safety: Real-World Examples,” will take place on July 22, 2025.
The session will highlight how generative AI is being used in safety applications that go beyond predictive models. Attendees will see real-world examples, including large language models that interpret complex safety regulations, allow conversations with textual incident narratives, generate shift-specific risk briefs, and produce training content based on many internal and external procedural and policy documents. The presentation will also touch on emerging uses of agentic AI, the next stage in AI evolution, which in the cases we will show, integrates data and models to propose or take context-aware actions. These examples are intended to give safety professionals ideas for exploring these technologies in their own organizations.
This presentation also builds upon the work of our new venture, Sentient Safety. Launched in May of this year, Sentient Safety focuses on applications of AI for workplace and public risk reduction, including the integration of generative and agentic models.
