Announcing our Railroad Greenhouse Gas Expert plugin for ChatGPT
We have published the Railroad Greenhouse Gas Expert plugin for ChatGPT to OpenAI’s ChatGPT store. This plugin is primarily built from papers, reports, and other materials produced by Wayne Kennedy, a long-time subject matter consultant to First Analytics, along with some material of our own.
All major railroads have signed on to aggressive Science Based Targets for emission reductions. This plug-in, along with other tools and services provided by First Analytics, is meant to assist railroaders in achieving these goals.
We have long worked with the rail industry to help with fuel conservation and efficiency. Tools like this help us disseminate and share that knowledge and learning.
Note the OpenAI disclaimer for all the GPTs available in the store: “ChatGPT can make mistakes. Consider checking important information.” We have found the plugin to be a little off on its responses, but still worth publishing. Please alert us if you see any responses that are way off target.
In order to access the plugin, you must have a ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise subscription. To give a feel for some of the conversations you can have with the AI, we have included a sample conversation here.
